Here, he focuses, in particular, on the complex set-up of IP strategies and also on the enforcement of industrial property rights and copyright. He has also advised Slovak and foreign companies on enforcing their IP rights. In data protection law, he specializes mainly in advising on setting up processes and compliance with European and Slovak regulations, issues related to privacy and personal data protection in electronic communications (e-privacy), data transfers to non-EU countries, and regulation of personal data security. He regularly advises Slovak, Czech, and international companies on processing personal data and setting up or adapting relevant business processes. He advises clients operating in various industries, including internet platforms and online solutions, banking and financial sector, automotive and food industry. He also focuses on new technologies and their legal aspects. In contract law, he focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial, intellectual property rights, and licensing agreements, as well as drafting commercial terms and conditions and franchise agreements.
