He is specializing in the Public Sector, with a focus in e-Government solutions. He has also a background in various management functions in the consultancy firms
Mr. Kernstock graduated at the University of Vienna, Austria with a Master´s degree in Informatics and Business Administration.  Mr. Kernstock is a certified Systemic Consultant.
