Roman Balogh has been working in the Division Public for state administration and municipality of the company NESS Slovensko since 2004 where he is currently in charge of project management and process business consulting at information system implementation and solutions for state and public institutions.

He started his professional career in the field of IT in 2001 as a Product Manager and Pre-Sales Specialist for solutions in the field of filing department administration in the company DMA Systems, where he worked till 2003. From 2003 to 2004 he was active in the company Datalan where he focused on the development of the product strategy of solutions from the field of filing department administration and their connection with DMS solutions. He was concurrently in the position of an expert guarantee at the implementation of those solutions, training provision and presentation of products at company customers. He joined the Slovak branch of the company Ness in 2004 where he specialized in project management, working team management and business consulting at the implementation of solutions from the field of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) – product Documentum and imaging Kofax Ascent Capture.

During his professional career he attended various trainings and expert seminars especially in the field of filing department administration, ECM and workflow as well as project management and management in order to expand his knowledge and IT expertise. Within his professional career he participated in the project management for several significant customers from the public sector (e.g. Slovak Republic Government Office, Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava Self-Governing Region, Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic, etc.), as well as significant private companies (Česká spořitelna, Aegon, Credium, ČSOB, Allianz – Slovenská poisťovňa, Orange Slovensko, Volkswagen, Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, VB Leasing etc.)
