Tomáš Drucker
Tomáš Drucker was born and lives in Bratislava. He graduated from the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak Technical University and the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University. From 1997 to 2006 he worked in the IT sector. He subsequently held various managerial positions in several state-owned companies, such as the Military Repair Company Nováky and. with. and the Nuclear Decommissioning Company, and. with. - JAVYS.In 2012, he accepted the post of Director-General of the Slovak Post. Under his leadership, the E-KOLOK payment system was introduced, which significantly contributed to the electronization of public administration. In 2016 he became Minister of Health of the Slovak Republic. From his position he has implemented several projects aimed at the recovery and digitization of the Slovak health service (e-Health, DRG). In 2018 he held the position of Minister of the Interior of the Slovak Republic for a short time. Currently, from 2023, he is the Minister of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic.
