Tomáš Hrozenský has been working as a researcher at the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) in Vienna since 2018. He is the author of several ESPI publications on European space policy and space security and regularly collaborates with the European Space Agency, the European Commission and other actors in the European space sector during his time at ESPI. Tomáš is a graduate of the master's and doctoral program in international relations at the MBU in Banská Bystrica. In the past, Fulbright completed a stay at the Space Policy Institute (George Washington University) in the USA, he was also a member of the research project Space Security Index 2017. In Slovakia in 2015 he co-founded o.z. Slovak Society for Space Policy (SSPA), which still operates as a national contact point in the Slovak Republic for the European Center for Space Law (ECSL).
