2006 – National Expert for eHealth representing the Czech Rep. at European Commission
    Delegated on behalf of the Czech Republic by Ministry of Informatics and Ministry of Health to represent the Czech Republic at expert groups of European Commission  

2003 – Chief Executive Officer in IZIP, Ltd. (Internet Access to Patient Health Records) - the Czech IT company operating in medical field. IZIP is the leading system of EHR (accessible via secure internet) containing information about the patients’ health available to all Czech citizens. IZIP services are provided in coordination with VZP (the major health care insurance provider) and Ministry of Health. The system IZIP has been recognized by European Commission as a reference solution of EHR in EU since 2006
