He represents the MF SR at an expert level in the preparatory working groups of the Commission and the Council of the EU for the area of deposit protection (EDIS and DGSD), payment services (instant payments, PSD2, PSD3/PSR, cross-border payments, digital euro, regulation of exchange fees, covered bonds (CBD ), banking legislation (CRR/CRD), problem loans (NPLs) and crypto-assets (MICA).
It prepares domestic banking legislation and cooperates with other institutions, the public and the press. Prepares instructions and statements for superior authorities. He is a member of the Center for Financial Innovations, especially in the area of payments, the Innovation Center and the Regulatory Sandbox.
