JUDr. Tomas Suchy, PhD. graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Law of the Pavel Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where two years later he passed a rigorous examination in the field of law. In 2018, he passed the dissertation exam at the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. In the years 2011-2015 he was a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. In 2015-2020 he was a member of the Board of Trustees of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and an arbitrator of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Since 2018, he has been working as a university teacher at the Department of Civil and Labor Law and the Department of International, European Law and Legal Communication, Faculty of Law, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. Since 2009 he has been working as a bankruptcy and restructuring administrator. Since 2011 he has been practicing law as a partner and statutory of the law firm SUCHÝ & PARTNERS s. r. o
