Tomáš Vlčko
Ing. Tomáš Vlčko, PhD. is a graduate of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Science of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. He received his engineering degree in the food safety and control program and his doctoral degree in the food technology program. He has devoted his entire professional life to the issue of food safety and control from a scientific research point of view and from the point of view of activities in the state service department at the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic. Ing. Tomáš Vlčko, PhD. he is the author and co-author of several scientific and professional publications published at home and abroad and an active participant in international scientific and professional conferences focused on food safety issues every year. Ing. Tomáš Vlčko, PhD. as an expert in the department of nutrition hygiene, food safety and cosmetic products, he represents the Slovak Republic at the Standing Committee of the European Commission for plants, animals, food and feed, section of new foods and toxicological safety.
