Viera Uherová is the CEO of Oracle Slovakia. During her career, she has worked for more than 20 years in various management positions in Slovak and international IT companies supplying projects in the sectors of public administration, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, transport and utilities. Under her leadership, comprehensive information and communication systems were supplied to customers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Austria and the Netherlands. She also acted as an official expert evaluator of applications for a non-repayable financial contribution under Priority Axis 7 Information Society OPII for the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
She specializes in strategic management, change management, transformational leadership and effective use of modern technologies to optimize costs.
