Viktória Skřivánková works at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister VAIA, which is responsible for creating and coordinating research and innovation policies. She leads a team focused on attracting and retaining talented individuals to transform Slovakia into a knowledge-based economy. Previously, she served as a project manager for the part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan focused on talent and developed programs for Slovaks abroad in the non-profit organization LEAF. Before returning to Slovakia, she worked at the Office of the European Ombudsman in Brussels and Strasbourg, where she provided legal advice on good public administration and transparency of EU institutions. She built on the knowledge she gained during her work experience and studies in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
