Ewa Kolczyk

Graduated from University of Wroclaw in computer science (1986). M. A. thesis "Materials and guidelines for teaching programming language Logo in secondary schools" published as a university report (1987). Ph.D. thesis "Informatics Education in Polish School System" prepared at Institute for Educational Research in Warsaw (2002).

Lecturer in didactics of informatics for in-service training for teachers (since 1987) and for computer science students, who want to get qualifications to work in schools (since 1997).

Member of the team, which has been working on educational materials for informatics in schools since 1989. Co-author of curricula and educational packages for school subjects: ICT for primary schools (1999), ICT for middle schools (2000), ICT for secondary schools (2001), Informatics for secondary schools (2002) published by the publishing house WSiP S.A.

Examiner of informatics Matura examination (since 2005).
